Reporting Channel Procedure

The "Reporting Channel" is the dedicated tool provided by Cofrutos to allow members of the organization and third parties to report—in good faith and based on reasonable evidence—any circumstances that may represent a legal or criminal risk to the company, as well as any breaches or weaknesses within our compliance management system.

It is, therefore, the official medium through which anyone within or connected to the organization must report any events regarding risks that have occurred, are imminent, or are suspected to have occurred, which could result in civil and/or criminal liability for COFRUTOS.

Reports can be submitted via email to: canaldenuncias@cofrutos.com. If this is not possible due to technical reasons, reports may also be sent via postal mail to the following address:
